Vino 100 offers a variety of classes through our Vino University, everything from Vino 101: Basics of Wine to in depth courses focuses on specific regions. Classes are taught by Vino 100 owner Matt Bekebrede and "guest educators" brought in from all parts of the country.

9/28 ~ Pacific Northwest Educational Event Join us for an eye opening tasting event featuring some of the best of the Pacific Northwest! Everything north of Lake County, CA up through Washington state is fair game! Bill Johanpeter from A. Bommarito out of St. Louis will lead us on this journey. $20 per person, includes tasting of at least 8 wines, light snacks and lots of great educational FUN!

9/29 ~ Vino 101: Basics of Wine Are you new to wine? Or eager to learn more? Look no further, join us for Vino 101 as we take a journey through the "BIG 8" grape varietals in a non-threatning and enjoyable class. Taught by Matt Bekebrede of Vino 100. $20 per person, includes tasting and light snacks.

10/5 ~ Italian Wine Educational Event: Part 2 Join us the second part of our Italian tour. We will be led by Mike Ward from Major Brands - St. Louis. $20 per person, includes 250 Italian wine book, tasting and light snacks. If you attended the first class, only $10

10/19 ~ Riedel Tastint Event Join us at The Diamond Room in Springfield for a tasting event that will open your eyes to the importance of the glassware you use! We all know Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon...but did you know there are thousands of other varietals out there?
